This is a zero-to-one sales leadership position. You will be the first dedicated revenue leader at Euclid, responsible for designing and building the entire commercial function from scratch across all three of our primary revenue motions. You will own pipeline architecture, deal execution, revenue tracking, and the systematic expansion of revenue streams. You will operate as a peer to the founding team, with direct access to the CEO and full authority over commercial strategy.
5–10+ years in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in crypto, DeFi, or fintech infrastructure
Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Ability to operate in ambiguity, build without a playbook, and move fast without losing rigor
Prior experience selling to or working within a licensed exchange, DefFi protocols, prime brokers, or institutional crypto desk is a plus
Relentlessly commercial, you think in revenue, not in activity
High ownership, low ego; willing to do the work yourself before building a team around you
