Growth Strategist

About the Role

As a Growth Strategist, you will own the end-to-end growth engine for Euclid — from first touch (social impression) to activation (active wallet, integrated partner) and beyond. You will design and execute high-impact experiments, build viral acquisition loops, and translate data into scalable growth systems. You will work closely with BD, Product, and Community teams to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across both users and ecosystem partners. This role requires a strong mix of analytical rigor, creativity, and execution speed.

  • Design and execute growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention funnels
  • Build and scale viral loops including referral programs and “Mission Launch” campaigns
  • Track and optimize conversion funnels (e.g., Impression → Click → Wallet → Swap → Repeat Usage / Integration)
  • Run continuous A/B testing on landing pages, incentive structures, and onboarding flows to reduce friction
  • Own social growth strategy across X and Farcaster — drive high-signal, high-engagement content
  • Develop and execute narrative arcs positioning Euclid as the leader in unified liquidity
  • Activate and scale community-led growth via Discord, Telegram, and campaign platforms (e.g., Zealy, Galxe)
  • Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs aligned with Euclid’s technical and ecosystem vision
  • Execute co-marketing strategies with integrated partners (“Euclidean Planets”) to drive mutual growth
  • Build and manage a high-quality content engine (blogs, explainers, short-form video) to simplify complex concepts
  • Collaborate with BD and Product to align growth with liquidity, integrations, and revenue outcomes

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6+ years in growth, growth marketing, or product growth (crypto/DeFi strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of growth loops, funnels, and experimentation frameworks
  • Proven experience scaling user acquisition and activation in Web2 or Web3 products
  • Deep familiarity with analytics tools and funnel tracking (on-chain + off-chain)
  • Experience running A/B tests and deriving actionable insights from data
  • Strong writing and narrative-building ability for technical and crypto-native audiences
  • Experience managing KOLs, communities, and campaign platforms (Zealy, Galxe, etc.)
  • High ownership mindset — able to move from idea to execution quickly
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with BD, Product, and Engineering
