Affiliate Lead

About the Role

As an Affiliate Lead, you will own the end-to-end affiliate growth engine for Euclid — from recruiting and onboarding affiliates to driving attributable users, trading volume, and revenue. You will build the affiliate program from the ground up, establish commercial structures, activate a high-quality partner network, and continuously optimize the channel for sustainable acquisition economics. You will work closely with BD, Growth, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to build the systems, partnerships, and incentives required to scale affiliate-driven growth across Euclid.

• Build and own Euclid’s affiliate program from the ground up into a scalable acquisition and revenue channel Recruit, onboard, activate, and grow affiliates across trading, prop-firm, brokerage, crypto, and financial content ecosystems
• Leverage an existing network of affiliates, prop firms, brokers, trading platforms, crypto exchanges, and trading media to accelerate partner acquisition
• Develop and negotiate affiliate commercial structures including CPA, rev-share, hybrid, volume-based incentives, and performance-based models
• Establish default commission structures, payout schedules, attribution windows, qualification criteria, and commercial exceptions based on unit economics
• Own affiliate onboarding, tracking links, referral codes, landing pages, creatives, campaign launches, and partner communications
• Build and optimize affiliate acquisition funnels from affiliate recruitment → activation → referred user → trading activity → revenue
• Track and optimize affiliate CAC, LTV, trading volume, revenue, retention, payback period, and ROI Identify and eliminate affiliate fraud including self-referrals, multi-accounting, cookie stuffing, incentive abuse, and volume farming
• Build affiliate quality standards and continuously manage the partner roster based on performance and economics Work with Engineering to define and improve attribution, postbacks, S2S tracking, referral infrastructure, and reporting
• Develop relationships with larger affiliate networks and sub-affiliate networks where they can materially expand Euclid’s distribution
• Coordinate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and BD on affiliate campaigns around Euclid product launches, trading products, liquidity programs, and ecosystem initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building and owning affiliate programs at a crypto exchange
• Proven experience building an affiliate program as the program owner, rather than simply managing an existing affiliate book
• Existing relationships with major prop firms, brokers, trading platforms, crypto exchanges, and trading media
• Existing network in the trading / prop-firm / brokerage affiliate ecosystem
• Proven track record of recruiting affiliates and converting partnerships into measurable users, trading volume, and revenue
• Deep understanding of crypto exchange affiliate economics, including CPA, rev-share, hybrid models, trading-volume commissions, rebates, and performance incentives
• Strong understanding of affiliate attribution, tracking, reporting, and fraud prevention
• Strong analytical ability with a practical understanding of CAC, LTV, payback period, trading volume, revenue per user, affiliate ROI, attribution windows, and cohort economics
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and understanding of affiliate market rates
• Experience working directly with Engineering on S2S tracking, postbacks, APIs, referral attribution, or data pipelines
• Strong written and verbal English with the ability to manage partner negotiations, commercial terms, and ongoing affiliate communications
• Deep familiarity with crypto-native channels including X, Telegram, Discord, and trading communities
• High ownership mindset, able to build the program, define the strategy, and execute without requiring an existing playbook
